Professor Benjamin Salas of GMA Seamless Progression Academy visited Gracie Barra Spring Lake in North Carolina on Sunday, June 1. Traveling from Wisconsin, he presented a series of clinics on Jiu-Jitsu and Ginastica Natural hosted by Professor Rafael Jovet.
In attendance were students of all ages and ranks. Training focused on warm-ups and exercises designed to improve the open guard.
Both adults and the little champion kids were present to learn from Professor Benjamin and he also trained with the kids.
