Leandro Lo
Another big name has been included in the IBJJF Pro League’s Heavyweight GP, slated for August in Las Vegas. After winning gold in the European and the Pan among heavyweights, Leandro Lo will again test himself at his brand-new weight.
Lo joins Roger Gracie, Marcus Buchecha and André Galvão in the roster. Four more fighters have yet to be added, and the eight will be divided into two groups of four. Then the quarterfinals begin, and fighters are eliminated until there is only one standing — the winner of the 40,000-dollar prize. The loser of the final match gets 10,000 dollars.
The tournament is a part of the Evexia Fit Fest, which takes place from the 24th to the 26th of August, parallel with the World Master Jiu-Jitsu IBJJF Championship.
