Passing by Rio de Janeiro in 2014, Ronda Rousey, the UFC champion, taught a takedown class to the students of Reação Institute in Rocinha, aided by Flávio Canto, the Olympian black-belt in judo and BJJ.
Ronda showed her three favorite takedowns in judo, making her talent as a teacher clear as she frequently stopped to point out the reasoning behind her moves.
