BJJ is back in Rio. This Friday, Dec. 4, the AJP Tour Rio de Janeiro International Pro gathered hundreds of athletes at Arena Carioca 1. Organized by the Abu Dhabi Jiu Jitsu Pro, the event had contests featuring kids, adults and parathletes.
The day began with the parathletes hitting the mats and giving everything they had.
Then came the kids and juveniles, displaying some of the talent that will be taking the world by storm in decades and years to come.
The day ended with the adult divisions in the white an blue belts, with many hard-fought matches.
In the teams championship, the results were: 1st – GF Team – 24950pts; 2nd – Nova União – 10000pts; 3rd – Gracie Barra – 7300pts. Complete results here.
