Also Mohler student, our GMA member Steve “Pesadelo” Austin sent us the news of your colleague Kelly Rundle promotion, on last December. Pesadelo wrote:
“Kelly Rundle was recently promoted to the rank of Black Belt on Deceber 9th, 2009, by GMA member Allen Mohler (2nd Degree Black Belt under Romero ‘Jacare’ Cavalcanti) He is 47 yrs old and have been been practicing BJJ for 9yrs…Kelly, still active as a professional MMA fighter has a record of 5-4. He is a 25 year Delta Air Lines agent, and has a 23 year old son and a 20 year old daughter. An avid Ice Hockey player, Kelly has coached the Mohlers Kids team, for the last 4 1/2 years. He is as well, an assistant instructor at GMA member Pesadelo BJJ in Dallas. He has also trained Kenpo and Muay Thai, and owns two Labrador retrievers. About the gentle art, Kelly says: ‘I love what I do.’ This is shown in his dedication and character on and off the mats. Congrats Kelly!”
