The UFC top brass really does seem to have liked Brazil. In the wake of UFC Rio’s success, further installments are being scheduled to take place on Brazilian soil and the biggest TV network in South America bought the broadcast rights for the domestic “The Ultimate Fighter” (TUF) reality show. And speaking of the “Big Brother” of fighting, the show is set to begin in March 2012, and from the look of it the stars have already been picked.
According to Brazilian newspaper “Extra,” Anderson Silva and Vitor Belfort will coach the teams on the reality show, and starting next week sign-ups will open. The scouts from the UFC will visit academies all over Brazil, in the hunt for the next Spider and Phenom.
