There were a number of winners at this past weekend’s Second Southwest Classic Jiu-Jitsu tournament in Mesa, Arizona. The biggest names, however, were Bruno Bastos (Nova União) and JT Torres (Lloyd Irvin), who won two plane tickets to compate at the 2011 European Open in Lisbon, Portugal.
At the championship promoted by our GMA Gustavo Dantas, Bastos overcame Carlos Farias (Traven) by an advantage point. Now Torres submitted sensation of the season Caio Terra (Gracie Fighter) via armbar.
