GMA member Kev Capel just started a new summer tradition.
The leader of Roger Gracie Academy Buckinghamshire organized the first annual summer seminar and BBQ.
Roger Gracie Black belt Nic Gregariades came to the academy and taught a 3 hour seminar followed by a fully catered BBQ put on by a very generous student Andy Rickett.
After the work out, they had some grilled steak and cooked pasta. He’s sent some pictures of the day.
