The leader of Gracie Barra Rohnert Park is teaching takedowns.
This is his third App, before he taught chokes and open guards.
The App Store page explains the App being released now: “In part one of this two part series, you will learn some of the essential throws and takedowns. We have also included a few throws from a position of self-defense. Part one focuses on the basics. Any white or blue belt should learn these essential techniques and then move on to part two for more advanced throws and takedowns.”
