The Almeida brothers, Ricardo “Cachorrão” and Flavio “Cachorrinho”, will be holding an online seminar this Tuesday, August 14, and can get in on it.
Activities get underway starting at 3 pm Brazilian time (6pm GMT), and besides demonstrating gentle-art moves, the black belts will be sharing their views, philosophies and take on the Jiu-Jitsu lifestyle.
