The gymnasium at Tijuca Tennis Club in Rio is preparing to welcome the charming Rio Open and International Masters Championship, with the IBJJF seal of quality. The competition takes place between July 25 and 28.
The white, blue and purple belt adults open the tournament on Thursday. On Friday, the blue and purple belt masters take over alongside the brown belt adults.
Saturday and Sunday will be reserved for adult, master and senior black belts, with heated showdowns in the absolute. Among the stars confirmed for the weekend are Leandro Lo (middleweight), João Gabriel Rocha, Léo Cascão, Igor Silva, Ricardo Evangelista, and females Luiza Monteiro, Michelle Tavares, Angélica Vieira, Luzia Fernandes, Vanessa Oliveira and Talita Treta.
