The UFC handed out the bonuses for the top performances at Saturday’s UFC on Fox broadcast from California. This time around, the best of the night earned an extra 65,000 dollars to the beneficiaries.
As one would imagine, knockout of the night went to Junior Cigano. With the win, the Brazilian relieved Cain Velasquez of his heavyweight title.
The best-submission bonus went to Ricardo Lama, who submitted Cub Swanson with a well-placed katagatami (arm-and-neck choke). Now fight-of-the-night honors went to Ben Henderson and Clay Guida, with Henderson winning the unanimous decision.
