Caio Terra vs. Bruno Malfacine at the 2015 Pan
Alliance will have a strong team in its attempt at being the biggest winner this year at the Pan, which is scheduled for March 15–19 in Irvine, Calif. The team has now confirmed the presence of three new world champions among its ranks.
Eight-time world champion Bruno Malfacine will be appearing in the roosterweight division. His last Pan was in 2015, when he won his third title.
Also signed up is Rubens Charles, whose last Pan was in 2013. The four-time world champion will take a shot at his fifth Pan title at featherweight.
And then there is Gabi Garcia’s return to the mats. Away from official BJJ matches since 2015, when she made the move to MMA, she is back to try to claim her super-heavyweight throne again.
