During this Wednesday’s UFC Rio press conference at the City Palace, president of the organization Dana White was attentive and responded to the questions from all the reporters.
On the event’s return to Brazil, Dana said now is the best moment, at a time when Rio prepares to receive the Olympic Games and the country gets ready for the soccer World Cup. He also said that previously he didn’t know much about the city but that he now approves of it.
“This is the perfect time to bring the UFC to Brazil,” he said.
Although he was queried time and again regarding the card for the event, the UFC head honcho gave no clues, maintaining an air of mystery, without denying the presence of the nation’s biggest stars.
“I’m sure everyone will like the card!” he said.
