Famous for his aggressive style in BJJ and MMA, Ryan Gracie had not just courage, determination and physical strength, but also an array of often surprising techniques.

In it, he teaches one of those techniques, showing how Ryan liked catching his opponent unprepared as that opponent was resting, believing to be safe upon arriving in side control.
Russo shows the detail required to spin even from the bottom and come out with two options for finishing: Ryan’s favorite, the hand triangle, or the guillotine.
