The UFC has confirmed today the rematch between Nate Diaz and Conor McGregor for the main event of UFC 200, on July 9, in Las Vegas.
UFC 200 will be the high point of this years’ International Fight Week and the first event in the brand new T-Mobile Arena, the new home of the UFC in Vegas.
Diaz and McGregor will once again bout in the 170lb division.
Nate finished Conor with a rear naked choke on the second round of the main event of UFC 196, on March 6.
The UFC also confirmed the second coming for Jose Aldo vs. Frankie Edgar as the co-main event. They will clash for the featherweight interim title and decide who’s going to be McGregor’s next opponent after the Nate rematch.
Also confirmed for UFC 200 are Cain Velasquez vs. Travis Browne, Johnny Hendricks vs. Kelvin Gastelum.
