Following his Jiu-Jitsu world title win this season, Gilbert Durinho put in a stellar display on his MMA debut this Saturday in Las Vegas.
The bout went down at Sin City Fights, and Durinho set to work putting his Jiu-Jitsu to use against Christian Fowler. The Atos ace’s triumph came via round-two armbar.
In preparing for the fight, Durinho trained alongside Vitor Belfort, who will be fighting Yoshihiro Akiyama on the coming 6th at UFC 133. Now the black belt will hook up with André Galvão and co. to train for the upcoming ADCC.
