One of those who introduced Olympic Wrestling in Brazil and considered the father of traditional Luta Livre Master Roberto Leitão will share his over 40 years of study and experience in the fighting arts at a seminar this coming 19th, at Academia Delfim, in the Tijuca borough of Rio de Janeiro.
In all the seminar will last five hours, divided into theory and practice. “The seminar is worthwhile for all practitioners, coaches and teachers, as well as for those who are just interested in the subject. I will take a multi-faceted approach that can be adapted to all levels of understanding. Each practitioner will absorb precisely what fits their level of expertise,” explains Leitão.
The program will cover an introduction to traditional luta livre, moving on to the basic principles of other fighting styles and complex fighting positions and training principles.
The seminar starts at 9am. The price is R$ 60 if purchased in advance, and R$ 85 if purchased on the day. Lunch is included.
