Jiu Jitsu in New York
The IBJJF will be holding two events in the next months with money prizes to athletes.
The NY BJJ Pro takes place October 25 and the Rio BJJ Pro takes place November 15-16.
The IBJJF has noticed some misunderstanding among athletes regarding who is allowed to register.
The entity clarifies that only athletes in the adult black belt division (male/female) need to qualify prior to registration.
The qualifying is achieved by having at least 20 points in the IBJJF black belt ranking.
All other divisions, male and female, from blue belt to brown belt, adult and master, do not need to qualify and can register normally like any other IBJJF event.
