WEC 46, held in California this past January 10, brought riveting battles replete with slick Jiu-Jitsu and striking. In the main bouts, Urijah Faber secured a shot at the featherweight title he once held, against Jose Aldo, upon fastening a rear-naked choke on Raphael Assunção. The headlining match for the lightweight title was also won by choke, but of the guillotine variety, with Ben Henderson hanging on to his title against Jamie Varner.
