Held on Saturday, January 31, at the Georgia International Convention Center, the tournament received great names in the sport searching for a gold medal.
Inácio Neto (Gracie Barra) was one of the highlights at black belt taking the absolute with a victory over Jeffery Boudreaux (Roberto Traven BJJ). Before, Inacio had reached the podium at light heavyweight, losing in the final to Gabriel Goulart (Alliance) in the same day.
Bruno Bastos (Bruno Bastos Assossiation) was another athlete who shone between black belts. Even with a third place in the open, Bruno made a great campaign in the tournament and won gold in ultra heavy division overcoming Carlos Eduardo Farias (Roberto Traven BJJ).
