In celebrating the Diamong Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Harry, third in line to the British throne, took a trip to Brazil for a series of commitments having to do with the launch of the “Great” campaign in Brazil.
The publicity effort is set to gather over 700 big British and Brazilian names from the areas of finance, politics and culture, providing an opportunity to strengthen and broaden the countries’ existing relations.
A JOG AND JIU-JITSU
The aim of the campaign for both nations is to work together in technology, innovation, consumption, sport, environmental issues and entrepeneurship in as creative and sustainable way as possible.
As representatives of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and MMA, the brothers Rodrigo Minotauro and Rogério Minotouro were among those invited to participate in the campaign-launch banquet at Morro da Urca, on hill down from the famous Sugarloaf Mountain, this Friday. The siblings, who both fight under the UFC banner, will also be participating in the “Sport Relief Mile” benefit run on Aterro do Flamengo this Saturday, and they will do their best to get the prince to take a closer look at Jiu-Jitsu, with a tour of their training center in the Recreio dos Bandeirantes part of the city.
