Keenan Cornelius teaches the krab guard

Keenan Cornelius continues to innovate and share his discoveries on his YouTube channel. This week, the Atos black-belt created a guard dubbed the krab. Similar to a half-guard, Keenan swaps the half-guard hooks to apply pressure on his foe’s legs. He says the technique is ideal for those who dislike playing the open guard.
