Metamoris President, Ralek Gracie, confirmed today part of the card for the fourth installment of Metamoris.
In a interview for the web show “MMA Hour“, with Ariel Helwani, Ralek talked about the match ups for the card set to take place on August 9, in Los Angeles.
“We haven’t announced anything officially yet, but it’s going to be an exciting card. Coming out of Royler vs. Bravo, it was tricky to figure out what people wanted to see.”
Ralek continued to talk about what should be Metamoris 4’s main event: “We’re gonna have Chael Sonnen vs. Andre Galvão, such a clash of styles. Chael brings so much to the game with his style of approaching his fights and also how he can surprise everyone with something he does during the fight.”
Grappling star Dean Lister and wrestler Josh Barnett is another match up that Ralek confirmed during the interview: “I can’t even know what to say about that fight. They are two heel-hook beasts in the game. Lister hasn’t been submitted in 15 years.”
Gracie also announced that Metamoris 4 will have a “secret match”, as he explained: “It’s a match that no one will know who’s gonna face who. Not even the athletes will know the name of his opponent until they walk out to the mat.”
Ralek finished saying that the complete card will be announced officially soon.
