Carlos Maciel, a black belt in kickboxing and one of the striking coaches on Team Link, will see action the coming 25th of February in Salt Lake City, Utah, at Ultimate Combat Experience (UCE).
After helping with the preparations of the likes of Gabriel Napão and Fabio “Jungle Boy” Serrão, Carlãohas been training hard for his US cage debut.
“After some time helping the kids out in their fights it made me want to contribute more to the team, now in the ring. People who keep up with the sport know Team Link is an MMA powerhouse and that everyone in this group works towards the common good, which is victory. That’s why I’m giving my all in training; I know the result will depend on a lot of training and dedication,” he said in closing.
