The next ADCC Brazil championship will take place on June 30 at Esporte Clube Sírio in São Paulo, but the sign-up window closes a little before then, on the 27th, or whenever the 300-competitor mark is reached, which is why it would behoove you not to leave registering to the last minute.
“There are athletes in the master division signing up for Troféu ADCC Brazil, showing how there are people in that age range who want to test their No-Gi skills under ADCC rules,” said general secretary for the event Wagner Gomes. “But we also have Jiu-Jitsu fighters from all the other categories signed up, from pre-juvenile and juvenile to beginners, intermediates, professionals, masters & seniors. That motivates us for upcoming events, since we’re giving everybody opportunities. Now for high-performance athletes, it’s a unique experience to compete under the rules of the ADCC, the next event of which is coming up next year.”
To find out more about the divisions and how to sign up, visit the www.adccbrazil.com.br website. Everyone who signs up gets an official event T-shirt.
