MMA has reached a level that no fighter can ignore the valuable lessons of Jiu-Jitsu, especially if you are a champion and UFC star, as is the case of Anderson Silva.
Anderson is known for his great stand-up game, but whenever he is with his back on the floor he can do well by using his Jiu-Jitsu. To maintain his excellence in the ground game, Anderson Silva keeps training with Ramon Lemos at X-Gym, in Rio de Janeiro.
The UFC star trained with his gi on with Ian Behring, son of the black belt Sylvio Behring. Anderson Silva fights on July 6 in UFC 162, when he defends his middleweight belt against Chris Weidman.
