The Beijing Olympics bronze medalist set the pace against Miesha Tate from the get-go, taking her down and using her Jiu-Jitsu to sink her hold of specialty, the armbar. The first attempt at using the lock was duly defended by Tate, but the second was indefensible, and Miesha had to fold.
