Few days before making his long awaited debut at the UFC, next April 10th, in Abu Dhabi, against Matt Hughes, Renzo is here at the GMA Blog to teach a BJJ position.
In this video, the Gracie with the most MMA fights in history teaches a triangle choke.
But it is not any triangle choke.
This technique was designed to be used against bigger and heavier opponents, following the spirit of Jiu-Jitsu developers Carlos Gracie Sr and Helio Gracie.
