Stop whatever you’re doing! Rodolfo Vieira and Gordon Ryan will face off on December 7 in the third edition of Third Coast Grappling Championship, a no-gi event which will be held in Houston, Texas.
A world champion of the IBJJF and the ADCC, Rodolfo successfully debuted in the UFC and is still going strong in MMA. With this new engagement, however, he will have to intensify even further his no-gi game, paying special attention to the attacks on the foot and leg his opponent is known for. He previously analyzed a theoretical fight with Ryan in an interview with Graciemag.
Ryan is the most feared no-gi athlete in the world today. A sitting IBJJF no-gi world champion, with double gold, he has a tight game of leg entries and unexpected finishes from the guard.
