Our Mixed Martial Arts gyms are located near Los Angeles in the San Gabriel Valley and are in driving distance to every one of the Whittier, Pasadena, San Marino, Montebello South Pasadena, West Covina, Covina, Rosemead, Pico Rivera, Monterey Park, Baldwin Park, Santa Fe Springs, Downey, Temple City, Eagle Rock, South El Monte areas and Los Angeles County areas.
We have classes for men, women and children. Whatever you fitness level or experience, Selva Bjj is ready to get you started! Most of our students have had no previous training in Martial Arts.
It’s never too late to get in shape! The average age of our students ranges from 5 years to 52 years old! There is no experience required to start training.
If you’ve never had an exercise program in your life this is the place for you! You do not have to be in shape to begin training at our martial arts school- most our students were not in shape when they Joined SELVA BJJ. Our instructors have many years of specific training in physical fitness and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We will develop a program specifically designed to meet your needs.
