The Ultimate Fighting Championship and Brazilian ticketing site Ingresso.com announce that 272 additional tickets for UFC Rio were put on sale and sold out in 18 minutes. They went on sale exclusively to Brazilians at 4pm this Thursday on the www.ingresso.com website. This was the last chance for Brazilian fans to acquire tickets. An adjustment in the seating arrangements and returned tickets made it possible for a limited batch to go on offer.
The Brazilian installment of the UFC will be headlined by Anderson Silva defending his middleweight title against Yushin Okami. The doors open at 5pm, and the undercard kicks off at 7pm. The main card is set to begin at 10pm.
