The UFC won’t give much of a break to its champions.
Rafael dos Anjos (lightweight) and Chirs Weidman (middleweight) already have new challenges set for them until the end of 2015.
Dos Anjos will have a rematch against Donald Cerrone, in Orlando, FL, on December 19, at UFC on FOX.
They fought before on August 2013 and the Brazilian got a unanimous decision win after three rounds.
Chris Weidman will face his first non-Brazilian opponent since 2012 after he beat Anderson Silva twice, Lyoto Machida and Vitor Belfort.
Weidman’s fourth title defense will be on December 12, against Luke Rockhold, in the co-main event of UFC 194 – Aldo vs. McGregor
Another UFC champion, Fabricio Werdum (heavyweight), also knows who’s going to be his next opponent.
In this case, Werdum will fight Cain Velasquez once again in an immediate rematch of their UFC 188 title fight.
