Alliance super-heavy black belt world champion Bernardo Faria is back on the mats in New York City at Marcelo Garcia’s Academy. The deep half guard lover is known for his sweeps and guard passes from the double-under position.
Here, he shows how to initiate such a position right when an opponent pulls guard. He dives into the position and then proceeds to secure an advantageous position immediately. From there, he passes the guard in a very efficient way using pressure and consistency.
