Held last Saturday, the seventh edition of Polaris Jiu-Jitsu featured an exciting superfight as its closing match.
Gilbert Durinho, a classical and no-gi world champion, faced the technical, aggressive Gregor Gracie in no-gi.
It was a close fight, but an unfortunate play decided it: After getting rid of an attack by Gregor in the guard, Durinho got up and grabbed Gregor’s waist from the back. Durinho then threw Gregor, who landed wrong and injured himself. Watch it here:
