At the IBJJF’s Floripa Open, held last weekend in Santa Catarina, Fellipe Andrew won gold in every division he enrolled in across classical and no-gi.
In the classical absolute division, one of his trademark moves stood out. Against Henrique Russi, Fellipe pulled guard, worked on the sweep and did guard again. Just as soon as he redid his lasso guard, however, Fellipe performed a quick triangle attack and, without much in the way of adjustments, added pressure with his legs to end the tournament.
