A blue belt resident of Peru requested a video of yoga exercises for fighters. Well, there are plenty of videos on the subject on Youtube.com. We opted for this one, with Rickson demonstrating a few exercises. The scenes are from the movie “Choke,” a documentary on the Gracie’s participation in a mixed martial arts event in Japan.
